Placebo 29 Posted June 13, 2003 This thread is about Opf combat photography, not about the origins of Opf, there's an old thread about that and it can be discussed in private if need be, please keep on topic, would be a shame to risk such an excellent and popular thread

hovmand 0 Posted June 13, 2003 Just found this one after looking through some old screenies. Back in 2001 i was at a fairly large LAN party where the crew was into ofp and had a small clan with just them in it, they would set up CTF matches againts whoever wanted to play and they would usually whop ass. Anyway the Mi17 in the back is me chasing the crew who had at that one time all boardet the same chopper, i finally nailed them kamakazi style after a very long chase around Malden. I was pretty damn proud of myself having beaten the flightsim fanatic they had for a pilot with my old haggard joystick and manage to piss off the crew at the same time I guess its one of those "you should have been there" type things

llauma 0 Posted June 14, 2003 $33ker @ June 02 2003,12:44)]I still wonder how people manage to turn their tanks upside down. I even couldn't do it racing down the huge mountain on kolgujev! Very easy in Nogova, just drive down from some hill and ram the tank to rocks. Rocks on Nogova have better collision detection than rocks on old islands, that makes the tank bounce from the rock and eventually turn over . There is a spot on malden which turns vehicles upside down. Don't know why but always when I drive by the vehicle flips over.
