Crosshair option

Hi there.

So far, we just have option "crosshair on/off".

Would it be possible to have an option to add/remove it for the vehicles too?

 

I don't use crosshair as infantry, but for choppers it would be quite useful.

Totally agree with this. I don't use it for infantry either, but when using vehicles it can be quite important. I'm thinking especially of the AH-9 which has no HUD/HMD and so firing it's weapons is almost impossible.

It is really needed for the helicopters for sure. I dont use for infantry either, but aircraft it would serve us well.

Personally i don't see the need, playing without cross hair should be an all or nothing. A half way in between doesn't mean sense to me, it would be like having a half way point between first person and 3rd person.

I'm sorry, separate option for vehicle crosshair is not planned.
As you said this is mainly because of the Pawnee, right? Imo it would be better solved on the vehicle's side than by a global option. (...like the crayon cross or HMD idea. Yet I'm not promising we'll do that.)

To @oukej point, the modded solution used In the little bird mod with a crayon/marker crosshairs isn’t only clever but realistic (at least with Vietnam era pilots ;))

I agree. I have seen Loach's with this exact grease pencil marking and would love to see this come to the vanilla AH-9.
