3d editor ?

Recommended Posts

I have looked at many many programs, but I have yet to find a 3d editor you can build missions from.

They all seem to have a few reasons why they are redundant.

So is there any object placement scripts or editors out there that actually work ? Getting so sick of 2D positioning.

Thank you once again.

If they ALL have reasons why they are redundant then you've answered your own question.

You might want to let the authors of those scripts/programs know what's wrong with their work, so they can fix it.

I help where I can, however, I have limited abilities in that area, and I do not have access to the environments they are looking for in most cases, nor do I know enough to try to reproduce them.

Just depends how familiar I am with the product.

I do help out where I can tho.

FHQ Debug (http://friedenhq.org/?page_id=38) or MCC+Zeus=3D_Editor (
).

I have tried the FHQ mod, in fact, I think I still have it :D Can use just about the whole script, but I sadly could not position things and have them save to the sqm or an sqf for that matter.

I'm working on something right now, so I'll give the mcc and Zeus a shot.

Thank you Inlesco

Actually, Zeus and MCC does the job very nicely, so I'm very content at the moment.

Thank you Inlesco you're da man!

It can't save them, only copy them to clipboard. You need to paste it into a mission.sqm file manually.

I suggest, though, to go for the Zeus+MCC route. Zeus is easier to use for object placement.

I use GID object positioning system.

Its a 3D editor which uses the splendid cam.Its better than MCC because it finds ALL modded object content you have added
