Kydoimos 915 Posted April 16, 2014 Bit of a noobish question, but - are bridges actually destructible? I've found a few posts insinuating they are. But there are no damaged models for them in the asset library and in-game they cannot be destroyed...
Kydoimos 915 Posted April 16, 2014 Is this something that was a feature and now is no longer?
f2k sel 164 Posted April 17, 2014 It does seem that they removed the ability to destroy them although I did read a couple of days ago that a car hitting them would destroy them. Actually there was no damage model they just sank under ground.
k0rd 3 Posted April 17, 2014 yeah i remember destroying bridges in agia marina - must have been removed?
Kydoimos 915 Posted April 17, 2014 Ah shame, it does seem to look like this is not achievable then. I did think that might be the case without a damage model.
Von Quest 1161 Posted April 17, 2014 I hope you can destroy them! These are key targets!! We destroyed a bunch of them as part of our Black Ops. There is no damage model as stated. They just sank and vanished. Which is fine with me. Several updates ago they seemed to stop working. Thought it was the satchel config was the problem. Maybe not now, huh. Uhggg! Grumpy Old Man 3544 Posted April 17, 2014 I hope you can destroy them! These are key targets!! Bridges are key targets on altis? Which one exactly? :D I'm quite sure that I destroyed a few bridges by driving the AAF MBT over them, this was after the MBT was added to the stable branch, didn't happen for quite a while now so it might be true that they made bridges indestructible. genesis92x 810 Posted April 17, 2014 I thought bridges were destructible - but they just kind of spawned smoke and sank into the ground. I will have to test this now :|
