Die Alive 0 Posted September 13, 2002 From CNN Florida law enforcement officials issued an alert Thursday night after a Georgia woman said she overheard a conversation among three men in a Calhoun, Georgia, restaurant. Calhoun is about 70 miles northwest of Atlanta on I-75, which runs north-south until it reaches Naples. She said the conversation indicated they were planning a September 13 terror attack on Miami, according to a report by Miami's WSVN-TV. The woman said she heard the men discuss explosives and said Americans would "cry on 9/13," a law enforcement source told CNN. So it is right to listen in on other people's conversations now. Â From now on I'll leave my headphones an discman at home and be the ears for the government. -=Die Alive=-

Die Alive 0 Posted September 13, 2002 I was thinking more of this thing that was on sale back in the 90s (don't know if it's still around). It was called Whisper 2000, and it looked like a small pocket portable radio and earphones. Well, when I was a freshman in highschool, I remember one exam the teacher would put on earphones after handing out the test and would just sit there with earphones on. And this was a big room, maybe 50 feet long, 40 students doing the exam. So sure enough, about half way into the exam, some students in the back of the room, I could faintly hear them exchanging answers. I was sitting in the middle of the room, and it was hard to hear, and plus the teacher had freakin headphones on, he was listening to the radio... (RIIIIGHT). So every now and then, the teacher would just write something down... So we hand in our test, and next day, 6 students get called down to the principal's office... bust-ed... Thanks to this, we soon and quickly learned a somewhat complicated hand and pen sign language system -=Die Alive=-
Stag 0 Posted September 13, 2002 http://www.miami.com/mld/miami/4068519.htm A Lebanese, a Jordanian and an Iranian went into this cafe... I'm going to laugh my ass off when I hear the punchline of THIS one, But I doubt they will. Dozy sods are lucky they weren't shot out of hand.

Tex -USMC- 0 Posted September 14, 2002 Let's look at the word 'terrorist'. Key word: terror. What is America right now? Terrorised. How else can you explain 5 hours of live TV coverage on 4 different cable news channels of A PARKED CAR. It seems to me the terrorists already have won. Tex -USMC- 0 Posted September 14, 2002 Also, I was watching CNN, what I THOUGHT was a respectable news gathering service, and I heard this discussion. "IS THE WEST NILE VIRUS A BIO-TERRORISM ATTACK??" Give me a fuckin break.
Col. Kurtz 0 Posted September 14, 2002 Yes, paranoi has kinda struck deep into the hearts of the American nation. If I phoned up Capital Hill and said "There is a bomb in the building, unless you release all the soldiers of Allah held in your prison camp in Cuba, I will blow your infidel building up!", thye would probably evacuate the entire building and spend hours searching the building until declaring it a hoax. Al Queda would probably be more efficitve if they just spend all their time setting up hoaxes that would require key parts of a countries infrastructure shut down for hours at a time to check for bombs etc.

bogo 0 Posted September 14, 2002 I think this very sad that's exactly what the terrorist whant that the americans should leave in fear. But what i think it's more sad it's the Bush proppose that evry postman electrician and sow one should spy on people and report back. It ges't remminds me of the Stazi ( East German Intellingenci) used the same method.

Tex -USMC- 0 Posted September 15, 2002 Here's the rundown. Some lady in a fast food joint sees some Arab looking guys, and then imagined they were talking about knocking something down. She calls in, and this coupled with one of these guys going through a tollplace without paying causes the brave soulds in Florida to shut down an entire section of highway for HOURS. Later, they realise that it was all much adieu about nothing, and they let the guys go. Giant fuckin collective panic-attack on the part of Florida public services, the media, and that stupid lady in the restaurant. I give up, Im reading up on my Koran now, and tommorrow Im gonna learn how to tie a turban.
