Hi guys, it's very cool made. Really great job! Everything works fine, but I found a little prob in editing a mission. The soviets are in the OPFOR menu, and the germans in the BLUFOR. So for my sadness now it can't works good with other WW2 mods (I44 or 31st mod). In every WW2 mod the germans are in OPFOR category and the allies are in BLUFOR or independent. For example when I chose I44 winter camo german it will now friendly with the IF44 soviets... :raisebrow: If u should change the side of soviets and germans it will be 101% :cool:

Yep I know, but in Arma2 should be better change the OPFOR and BLUFOR sides. Soviets to BLUFOR or independent and the germans to OPFOR. :cc:

Eventually we will offer the factions on multiple sides.

The problem are scripts in Iron Front that expect a specific side for the factions. So these all need to be changed first.

Also how is the IF A3? Any updates too?

Is there any one playing this in public. Me want but never find players.

You can find the a test server for A2: CO 1.62 and one for A3 stable branch in the wiki.

However you are best to join another group/community playing Iron Front on a more regular base.

Check the IF fan forum for this.

Hey kju, just want to confirm something, but would it work if you upload the lite version on a server and people will full version and lite version can play it? Also for people who have full version, would they still have the high quality textures and sound even if the server uses a lite version?

The server is recommended to use the lite version.

Players can use a mix of lite and full just fine.

Is there another link or mirror for a download? I don't use torrents, I don't have six and the mega HTTP mirror wants me to download extra stuff that I don't trust. Is there a simple download link with no funny business? Gee, the internet has became so complicated. :(

It comes up with this. It wants to install "extensions", AKA malware, spyware, adware, OpenCandy, Conduit .etc. I know I sound paranoid, but there's simply too many untrustworthy websites out there. I would really like to try this before I buy it so is there any other mirrors?

Yes, follow through with that, if you have firefox it just adds an extension to your browser so you can download bigger files from Mega its safe,

i had to do the same thing a while back when the files got bigger.
