All right. It was ordinary typo in the variable name due to haste. Betas are re-uploading now.

I see on the first post the beta numbers have not changed. I assume they are not all uploaded now or didn't you change the beta number?

If I could just resume a dam game I might be able to provide some feedback. :angry:

I just re-uploaded. One typo doesn't deserve new version number. :)

BTW. Selling loot code should work also for vest and helmets still configured in the old way, just for them intended armor protection will be not counted at evaluation (and, likely, will not give any actual protection in-game).

RYD

Cannot get Lingor to spawn player. NO MODS. Goes to 100% and stops and just sits at loading screen. I have to C+A+D and end task. Thoughts? It used to work. Is Lingor\Pilgrimage_1.94_beta5 for 1.54 only?

Mission starts properly for me. Your RPT means, JR_fnc.sqf wasn't executed properly. Such thing usually happen due to some random syntax error, that breaks whole code, it may be in the that sqf itself or in the file, from which this file supposed to be executed. Did you changed something in the code? I see no other way to explain that kind of errors for you, while no errors for me.

BTW when trying to run Lingor port, noted different kind of RPT spam, again around checkpoints, so apparently some problems still are there, awaiting my attention (till the Monday likely), but that's something separate from your case.

No I did not change any code or even extract the pbo. The pbo is freshly downloaded yesterday from link in first post. I assume you running 1.54 and me running 1.52 doesn't matter?

Ah! Of course. Yes, game version matters. That's likely a reason, and will affect every port and Altis version. Simple - to make fatigue switch working with new stamina system, I had to use enableStamina command introduced in 1.54. 1.52 of course doesn't recognize that as a command, only as some undefined global variable, thus code is broken.

I'm affraid, you have to either update game to 1.54 or edit fatigue switch function by removing enableStamina lines (RYD_JR_FatigueSwitch in the JR_fnc.sqf at 7623 line).

If still no go, check, if anything changed in the RPT. IIRC it's the only place, where new commands was used.

Just completed a new mission on the Chernarus Winter Map, but the third page of the debriefing didn't appear at the end. It was just as well, because when I took the stronghold, the captive was killed when the armour blew up, and I was held responsible.

Is the first RPT quotation also from the version before typo fix? If so, reason may be the same - part of debriefing stats are FF gained, spent and possesed. Some of these three will be broken into undefined variable because of this typo, spoiling same way the whole stats string value.

Yes they are from the same version, so probably fixed now if that is the case.

Pilgrimage 1.94 released. Changelog:

- Chernarus, Bornholm and Lingor ports;

- FF Decoy: ability to attract some near foot mobile enemy groups by sacrificing FF and broadcasting the coords. The more - the bigger range and chance. May also bring the chase after Alex instead. Groups equipped with any vehicle or static weaponry not affected;

- smoke for hidden camp's bonefire if Blastcore is not used for easier spotting;

- new ringtones for ADM/phone;

- fatigue switch works with new Stamina system (thus mission including ports requires A3 1.54 or newer);

- loot evaluation works with new vest and headgear protection config;

- various behind the scenes code fixes and improvements.

Ports require proper map mod with its own requirements. AiA TP in version from Armaholic. Scenario, including ports, require Arma 3 1.54 or newer.

In the Bornholm port Alex searches marked on the map comm towers instead of chapels (too few of those).

Well, I hope, we found all the important bugs during beta, but still anything possible... No noticeable changes since last beta.

Hey man!Great to see this ported to other maps.Maps like Lingor dont have a lot of missions for them,so one like this is a great way to see everything :)

Quick question-did you resolve that issue from a while back where if someone was using a mod with a small error in it the missions would stick on the title screen.You could hear character moving /shooting etc but screen would stay black.I ask becuse RHS does that error at the moment-something to do with an M107 scope and I am going to play Pilgrimage today on the new maps.Would be nice to have RHS enemies in Chernarus.

Edit-it was an issue for people in April -you responded about it here-"It's typical, when playing with mods, that generate some config errors. Perhaps such error message breaks "loadingscreen" so all this massive calculations from that point are done along with simulation pending, thus looong delay without sound etc. Only a theory and maybe not the only reason.

What's important:

1. Confirm issue on vanilla.
2. If not confirmed on vanilla, narrow down and eliminate troublemaking mod(s), then enjoy."

No. AFAIK it's far out of my reach. My best conclusion is, as you quoted. Only mod author can fix that by keeping config clean or BI itself, by making such errors don't break loading screen (or to add just a startup parameter to not show such error windows on screen). If there is any way to avoid that problem in current game state, which is IMO doubtful - I don't know it and no idea, where to look for it. Still, you maytry several times. maybe this scope isn't used by any group or if it is, this group may be not picked from the pool. A chance depends, how many RHS units uses a weapon with this faulty scope.

I just started using RHS mod in SP on Lingor. If I understand the RHS mods correctely there are two parts. U.S and Russian packs. I am using the U.S pack and it works ok so far.

Actually RHS is not causing any issues.Like the post above this I just played using it(US and Russia) on Lingor and it was fine also.

One issue though-not sure if this is normal now,but every town and settlement I went to had at least one,if not two APC's in it.And every time I was spotted air support was called.It kind of made getting seen impossible.i would have time to shoot one guy,then get hit by an APC,tank or attack heli.

Its' the consequence of the map size. Gameplay on the other maps will have different flavour due to these maps' specificty. Some Altis habits may require a change. Lingor for example is barely 10x10. IMO minimal suitable dimentions. Despite in general lower AI number this makes all more intense. Same to the extend for Chernarus, although it's roughly 15x15. You may consider tone down initial settings as for hostile presence density and air SAD patrols range.

Porting is one thing, but the mission as a whole was designed for Altis and there it fits best as for proportions. Other maps may produce some "funny" anomalies.

..and another thing ! WTF???

It's about a vehicle? If you play on HARD or higher (lack of chapel icons indicate that), ADM returns a random vehicle, not the closest one. BTW seems, one of the anomalies is highly effective "exclusive" intel range, due to low chapel count and map size, a single intel of that kind can clear out like 1/3 of the map. Certainly, gameplay on these maps will differ. Here easier to find, but harder to get there and get out of there.
