Rolling 1 Posted September 7, 2013 My FPS died too, used to be 40+ FPS on Altis with 4000 view distance...Now if I have more than a couple of (empty) vehicles on the map I get 15-30 FPS :( And lowering my settings helped not at all, I thought they had optimized this game more, but I guess that's going away :<
smiley_ie 7 Posted September 7, 2013 Played last night with 3 friends everyone giving out about performance on Altis and Stratis, something's changed last couple of dev patch's
Sneakson 1 Posted September 7, 2013 Try reinstalling. I've never had any framerate drop issues whatsoever so it really isn't a universal issue.
Sasquatch803 10 Posted September 7, 2013 Yep both SP and MP. SP is around 15 FPS. MP is around 5 FPS

Uhm, I also have had a framerate drop this last days ( specially flying in the open sea ). Btw I've a better pc than yours and with mid/low settings in game I could before only manage 30 fps during a showcase. Note: I've even change freq of gpu, so yeah, I've tried quite much things. thx1137 10 Posted September 8, 2013 Mine hasn't gone up or down at all. Anything in the ARMA logs? You have probably already making sure any mods are disabled just to make sure it isn't some conflict there? Also, instead of re-installing just verifying the came cache should be enough and quicker!
