is there a documentation with something like a guideline regarding mp mission making with hints about the issues which were discussed a few posts before? (spawning, creating, deleting and all that stuff)

Not really. It is more software engineering/coding basics.

Sickboy's MP guide gives at least some coding basics:

In terms of good software design one is probably better of reading some good coding/SWE books.

maybe someone could summarize the most important aspects (additional to sickboy's), cause not everybody who's scripting is a software engineer or got the time to read books about it.

If you're going to make good MP missions, then you really do have to know your stuff. "Good" as in, JIP / MP compatible.
