Save Only Once in a SP Stable Mission

Playing recent A3 Beta Stable SP missions on REGULAR game play and have noticed I can save but only once during a mission.

I cannot do multiple SAVE, that meaning if Player dies, must REVERT to first and only save.

Is this a BETA thing or I'm I missing something here? No one else with the "problem"?

The reason I play REGULAR is the fact that I will die and do not want to start the mission ALL OVER AGAIN from the start.

Isn't "one save per mission" a known feature?

Well, in A2 REGULAR or RECRUIT, you are allowed unlimited saves.

I think in higher difficulties, no saves.

In A3, REGULAR has one save but RECRUIT has unlimited saves.

I'm sure it is the same in higher difficulties, no saves.

You can choose this in the difficulty options. Set unlimited saves to: enabled

What mission are you playing, Kommiekat?

Happened in quite a few missions actually.

I'm going to go back in and check the Options-->Game and see if that can be Enabled or not in the set up.

Havent done this in years, but i remember u could access the mission folder( or user saves folder?) and then delete the save file when u are ready to make another.

Ah, good discussion and find! I have been missing my saves too, in Regular difficulty. Must be off by default, never touched it
