Sharks80 10 Posted June 10, 2013 Do you really need to configure the game in Nvidia control panel with your spec ?! I can run the game at normal / ultra and i get 60 - 40 fps also in multiplayer without editing any files or using NVCP Oo
baaaard 10 Posted June 10, 2013 (edited) Just played around w settings and benchmarking. With these settings i get the highest number SLASH smoothest gameplay on my setup Edited June 10, 2013 by baaaard

Sharks80 10 Posted June 10, 2013 So i don't think you'll get best settings using NVCP lol
liquidpinky 11 Posted June 10, 2013 Setting power management to prefer maximum performance is always a good one if you are in and out of the map a lot.
Tyl3r99 41 Posted June 10, 2013 well i suppose things will get better when nvidia start helping BIS :D
-=seany=- 5 Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Nvidia forced Anisotropic filtering looks better than Arma's if you force it to X16. I'd love to know why it is we can no longer set our own AA in Nvidia Control panel. I would love to try using SGSSAA through NV inspector while forcing Nvidia AA, but you don't seem to be able to do this with Arma any more. Tyl3r99 41 Posted June 11, 2013 just put it on X32CSAA anisotropic filtering :) and performance mode... to be honest its done wonders thanks people :)

Leon86 13 Posted June 12, 2013 I always put the pre rendered frames to lowest. Not that it matters much, almost everybody is cpu limited when fps is low, so there's nothing to pre render. power management on max performance of course. I turn off all the things like anisotropic sample option, texture filtering high quality. There's no point in saving gpu effort, because of the cpu limit. Sneakson 1 Posted June 13, 2013 I've never played around with those settings much. Changed them to be more like yours. Don't think it will make a big difference though.
NoXiD 10 Posted June 14, 2013 my gpu is powerd out not more than 50-55 % is that okay? gtx670r
Hud Dorph 22 Posted June 14, 2013 my gpu is powerd out not more than 50-55 % is that okay? That probably means its your cpu that sets the limit.
Tyl3r99 41 Posted August 15, 2013 apparently AA x16 smooths the game? anyone else hear this?
nikiforos 450 Posted August 15, 2013 AA x16 will probably kill the game for most of us:)
comp_uter15776 1 Posted August 15, 2013 I run AA x16 and the rest of the settings on max with only a 660 Ti (plus minor OC)? :S CPU is an i5-3570k though.
