Good work mate. This is a really good mission that I have had some good play sessions on. The golden question now this is final will there be War on Stratis? :)

Currently i don't know :) perhpas in the future, when must of the major bugs will be fixed (cause if not i will have to do myself workaround and after that delete workaround when bugs will be fixed ... so much time loose)

Anyway, ARMA3 is awesome game, better than other on pvp, tvt side. I think must of players will play game like CTI, WARFARE, or others interesting pvp,tvt game :)

I fully understand your reasons about holding off development for A3 at this time. I had never considered how much extra work there would be at this stage. WiT is still plenty fun in A2 anyway.

hi :)

you can add all your personnal stuffs in the clientside file (weapons, object):

warcontext\client\WC_fnc_clientside.sqf

after that lines:

player addweapon "ITEMGPS";

player addweapon "Binocular";

player addweapon "ItemRadio";

this file is executed only on the player part.

i alread changed the items loader for a simple acces; On the final release, you will only have to add your line into the files :

warcontext\client\WC_fnc_clientitems.sqf

that contains all the player stuff.

About adding stuff in warcontext\client\WC_fnc_clientitems.sqf

i dont have the map warcontext or the file WC_fnc_clientitems.sqf on my disk

is it a separete download? if so where can i get it. i have tried to google it but there is not much info about it and i am stuck.

and another question. is it possible to edit the parameters for the mission in a file, we would like to set a new default so we dont have to change so much everytime a new server starts.

nope, it s the file into the pbo file. You have to depbo the mission file, to modify it (just look for cpbo tools in google)

for the config file, you have another file into the pbo with the name WC_fnc_commoninitconfig.sqf which contains parameters. If you want to change the lobby parameter, just edit the description.ext :)

Awesome job code. Been off of user missions for a bit, so getting back to them lately and WIT is now one of my faves.

Shame more pub servers aren't pushing this... can never find an active MP game? Enjoying it plenty on SP or hosted game with a few buds.

Any chance we'll see a War in Chernarus or Zarg?

FYI: On 1.6 final version, there are no ACRE Radios in the crate.

Everytime server starts I load in with LEA and dump a crapload in.

I LOVE THIS MISSION!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Anyway to raise the revive count for people that suck like me?

you can raise the revive count by choosing arcade mode or edit the commoninit file and decrease this part:

Absolutely love these THANK YOU!!!!

In Chernarus version respawning at MHQ spawns me in the air without a parachute and i die, (not sure if it takes time for a MHQ to deploy and i just tried too early).

PS: Please pplace more 117's in the crate =)))

yes it takes few minuts before mhq is deploy (but this should not be happen )

Love WiT, anyway to edit in for some Marine units? my unit is a USMC unit. and to play in ACUs are meh for us. other wise WiT is amazing mission been playing Since 1.2

Hi somes quick answer :)

1)

you can comment the line in init.sqf file:

WC_fnc_debug = compile preprocessFile "warcontext\WC_fnc_debug.sqf";

by

//WC_fnc_debug = compile preprocessFile "warcontext\WC_fnc_debug.sqf";

it will turn off debuger

2) for USMC, you can edit directly the mission with editor and replace units at spawn point by yours. USMC is just a standard choice :)

3) Panthera mission comes in the day ! :) (check dev heaven)

Wow! Me and a buddy just played this "mission" [seems more like a "new game" really :) ] last night. Love it!

Code, did you ever play MarkB50K's mission called "LOST?"

Up till discovering your mission, that has been my favorite and I've started doing a bit of mission editing in hopes to be able to eventually make sense of the magic behind MarkB's mission. Now that I've discovered your mission, I'm very intrigued at the possibilities of an SP style mission that combines the solo start guerilla fighter who must build up his forces with all the options available I your mission.

Gotta play more so I understand it all but yeah, great stuff!
