Stagler 39 Posted May 24, 2012 (edited) [COOP 12 + SP] Cache Prize Heres a little something I have been working on other than stuff for RHS at the moment. v1.2 Made with Arma 2 Combined operations v1.60 Required Addons: ACR (Optional) + CBA + Aliabad Region + Binkowski USMC (Optional) Description: HUMINT gathered from locals in a shura held last week revealed that the Taliban have been hoarding weapons in their area of influence. NATO elements has been tasked with conducting a fighting patrol from our area of influence at COP Diamond to a nearby village where it is believed Taliban forces are embedded within the local population, using the area as a staging post for planned further attacks north. Features: 4 different versions of the mission for BAF, US Army, ACR, or Binkowski USMC. Only required addons/DLCs are Binkowski USMC and ACR if you wish to play those missions. Playable as COOP with up to 12 people or in SP. In SP BIS High Command Module is used to command the 3 separate fire-teams. Infantry oriented realistic fighting patrol. Gear selection at briefing screen. Dynamic weather: Changes throughout the mission. Chances of cloud, rain and sun. Dynamic mission: Taliban occupied village can be up to four different villages in Aliabad. Enemies are placed in random buildings, given random dynamic patrols around the area and the cache is placed in one random building within the village. Uses Ambient Civilian, BIS High Command, and BIS First Aid modules. ACE Compatible. Doesnt seem to break anything when ACE is used. The cache will be moved into a building but the cache object will be clipped into the floor because of terrible building position placement on behalf of BIS. I play tested this alone and with friends 7 times, and it happened only once. Its just bad luck I suppose. There is a radio trigger that will teleport you to the cache location, this is for debug. Moved medic to the players squad so he can command him, makes it easier for SP play. Fixed bugs in description ext with missing weapons classnames. Fixed BAF menu overview text. Corrected small errors in briefing. Added Stryker ICV to US version instead of 2x M240 HMMWV. Moved Mortar from under the camo net. I like that you enabled teamswitch! makes it easier to play alone :) found some small things: 1) no 10Rnd_127x99_M107 in briefing available 2) acr version error message : can't be played jsrs-distance missing (or something like that) nice work! GD Mast 0 Posted August 24, 2012 Tried out the ACR version and found some minor errors. At the start point, the flag pole and M2 were about 5 feet above ground. Also, the flag was US and not Czech.
