I dont know any games about it but I do know some good campaigns. Try The Forgotten Few. Thats a great user made campaign!

Falcon 4.0: Allied Force has a good Balkan campaign, but that's the only other one I know of.

Best one there is. Proper simulation, very dry missions, must play.

there are multiple addons, so you can build your own campaign

there are Russian troops addons, there are Yugo weapons , probably there are made Chechen soldiers (at least in OFP there were), when you will collect some addons, you can have such game
