Just wandering about the 30 islands across 6 climate zone thing. Will this be all on the one map? Or will different climate zone be different maps?

I was wondering the same. Considering that the original had 64 islands I would expect the islands here to be pretty big

Also how much sea is there? Are all the islands bunched together or is there a fairly vast amount of ocean to hide in?

I’d love massive weather systems and storms on the sea, it would be great to get away from the action and just Be as it were battering down the hatches and enjoying the storm happy that the detection systems of any other ship or scout are going to have a hard time finding you.

It would be great to escape through rough sea’s and mist.

I wonder, how big could the islands actually get? I refer especially to how big could community map makers get their creations to be? Is there a set limitation/cap, or does it depend on individual player's machines?
