TheScar 0 Posted April 24, 2011 (edited) Any feedback about the 1.22 release ? :D yea .. first off,i´m playing the non ace version only i like the new features that got added in the last releases (clothes,new base design,fixes,etc.) but playing this i get the feeling that you should focus more on getting rid of the little bugs before adding new stuff,like this one for example: once u blow a tower on any of the first missions,on the next mission you dont have detection display anymore,it keeps on "no more radio" like in my screenshot Also,i have yet to experience a mission that goes beyond mission 10,because it gets stuck on "Check Operation Plan" and no one can select a mission anymore,no matter what u try (wait longer,let another one dod the selection,etc.) Its a real bummer since ever i can remember in any of the previous versions The ammo the base crate supplys isnt enough for both using a M110 and a Mk17 regarding magazines,the base drive through is blocked by a sandback due to the base script desgin ... you see,there´s lots of little things that could of been fixed ;) Still good stuff,but focus on polishing it before adding more stuff that causes more need for fixes *thumb up* Edited April 24, 2011 by TheScar Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
code34 248 Posted April 24, 2011 To answer to your questions. There is so much fixes apply on each versions, that i don't write them into the changelog ;) A big part of works is to add fixs. I understand your point of you, and i share a part of it cause my thought is to release a version stable. Normaly, each pair versions is release without critical bug, and i know there still a lot of bugs :D The "check operation plan" bug, it's a not a easy reproducible bug. Perphaps, the thing that could help me is the server log of this game. For the radio tower, you can use the 1.23a version which fix the problem and other things The ammo the base crate supplys isnt enough for both using a M110 and a Mk17 regarding magazines, It's a personnal ammo crate. Atm, I'm at work, but I will test it for you with the latest version when I'm back at home. Edit: Also the latest version [1.24] gives no crashes after opening it with the editor.
