I don't seem to understand this, this is the Il-76 made by RKSL/SARMAT and in the download there is no .pbo just the source files for it... Do you have permission to release this?

RKSL has no involvement in this or Sarmat's efforts. They edited our flare system without consent. Thats the only connection.
