harkkam08 10 Posted December 4, 2010 (edited) Guys Im having a bit of trouble with the AI. When I was using ACE mod with just OA Standalone the AI would shoot back from below, meaning I had setup a group of tanks on a runway and then on some mountains close by a single guy, me. This was in Takistan. The second I fired a few rounds the tanks would start shooting at my position and supress me behind rocks and proceed to chase me and come toward me. However now I have CO, I have arma 2 and operation arrowhead and in the same exact scenario with the same exact mods working, the tank will not shoot into the mountains. I can fire at it as many times as I want. Only when I get really close to it does it start shooting at me. I thought the unit was getting stuck in stealth mode so I made a waypoint and set it to COMBAT. However that didnt help Are my units in the CO ACE getting stuck in stealth mode. Guys BTW i just tested it with a group on enemy men and they DO fire at me and chase me but I cant get the tanks to fire on me with CO, but they did in OA. However the enemy AI will engage my tanks on the hill next to me. But they just wont shoot at me when I am alone no matter what I do, even if I shoot a javlin at it. Militant1006 11 Posted December 4, 2010 (edited) Um guys I am having a major problem with a mission I made using ACE, I am making a mission based on several customized ACM modules, and I have all the ACE ammoboxes and stufff in the base, with soldiers with animations on them, now when I start the mission, it is all screwed up, right off the bat the self interation menu and ACE wounds and ACE rucks don't work at all, and I have updated my config, when I play online or even other single player missions, it is all fine and works properly, now I have put alot of effort into this mission so it is annoying that it isn't working as to plan, I am using these modules: - ACE AI talk - ACE wounds - ambient animals, cars and civs (expansion) - ACM - Functions Module - Simple Support Module - UAV Module EDIT: Also the only other mod I am using outside of ACE is zcommon_ace, and I have these files in my mission folder: - Folder "ACM_init" with these .sqf files- BIS_ACM1.sqf - BIS_ACM2.sqf - BIS_ACM3.sqf - BIS_ACM4.sqf (All custom ACM with changed variables And these in mission root folder - init.sqf - briefing.sqf - briefing.html - description.ext - mission.sqm Would you know if anything is causing my problem? Recommending to use -showScriptErrors startup parameter and perhaps checking the open tickets on our tracker, chances are the cause of your problems is already on there, and perhaps even fixed. But after the internal Programm Updates ( the black DOS Window) are finished, the Error Message appears on the Screen.
