Przezdzieblo 0 Posted May 2, 2002 Hem, first planes also crashed a few times. And choppers... Osprey is needed. This is a fascinationg idea but hard to make it true. But they`re still trying. (no offence)<span id='postcolor'> Dont worry Eviscerator, Ill take care of this one.... cplBob, you see the thing is, Eviscerator didnt have NEAR the amount of modelling power as Martin when he made his Huey. Before Oxygen was released, the only way to make new models was by reshaping models already in the game. Hence Eviscerator's Huey has a lot of resemblence to the in-game Blackhawk. A lot of people are criticizing Eviscerator's Huey for the way it looks, when they don't understand the limitations Evis had to work around to make it. The only real problem I find with his Huey is bad timing, it was released just a few days before everyone got their hands on Oxygen. On the other hand, Martin's Huey WAS made with Oxygen. This is why his Huey has better visual quality than Eviscerators. And remember, just having a good model doent ensure that it will be a good addon. I look forward to the release of Martin's Huey, but I encourage everyone to READ the threads in this forum before they go making bad and misinformed critiscisms (such as cplBob's) about others work.
