shooting from a little bird mh6

Hi all,

is their something that could allow passengers of an mh6 (those 4 sitting outside) to be able to shoot while the helicopter is moving ?

I would like this feature to be able to shoot at hostiles while my helicopter is landing in a hot zone.

If nothing exists, do you think it would be possible to make such a script ? I'm willing to put some of my time it is necessary.

And by the way, what do you think of being able to shoot from a littlebird ? Is it close to real life habits ?

There is a mod for A2 where you can shoot from trucks, blackhawks while sitting, I dont see why this should be impossible.

that script is simply using attach to and taking the time to place it properly. not an overly great solution as you can stand up and clip through the chopper, and then can only kneal.

What they are saying is that as far as they know there currently isn't a solution of satisfactory quality. Many people want this feature to be added to the game by BIS (see DLC threads).

I think if you really want this feature, write it yourself or wait for someone else to get round to it.

I always wished for this feature aswell. I hate landing in a hot zone and 1 or 2 of my men get shot cus they cant defend them selves at all.

Fixes some bugs that the patches introduced.
