Project - Vertical Lift 2035 This used to be the V-280 Valor thread. The Valor has progressed immensely with in-game testing happening on a regular basis. However I wanted to expand into the rest of the future vertical lift aircraft such as the SB>1 Defiant, S97 Raider and other derivatives of these aircraft. 3d Marine Raider Battalion Realism Unit About The 3d MRB The 3d Marine Raider Battalion was founded on July 4th, 2016. Our unit prides itself in cohesion, professionalism, and realism while still being fun and always having a group of great people to play with. The 3d MRB is an ArmA 3 Realism Unit based off of the United States Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC), with supporting assets such as the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). We have plenty of opportunities to fit anyone's wants in a unit. We have Critical Skills Operators, Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARCs), Helicopter Pilots, JTACs, S-Shops, and more! We also support all Time Zones! whether you are EST, GMT, or anywhere else! Unit-Wide operations take place on Saturdays at 1500 EST or Sundays at 2000 EST. (Depending on your availability and team) Why Us? Because we represent a tactical environment. We develop ours and yours’ skill set to a honed point. We deploy in teams of 14, with one to two teams deployed at once, with additional supporting assets. This smaller size of force is by no means a diminishment of firepower. We utilize everything available to us in the modern age from joint strike fighters, ground-level fire support, and all manners of semi-autonomous drones to accomplish any task at hand. The 3d is one of biggest and most well known ArmA units to date, become a member of the elite. MOS's Available: - 0372 Critical Skills Operator (USMC) - HM-8403 SARC (USN) - 8002 Joint Terminal Attack Controller (USMC) - 153A Rotary Wing Aviator (US Army) How To Join The 3d Our unit operates off of our website and forums. To learn more about our unit or submit an application visit our website here: https://3dmrbru.com/forums or join our Teamspeak using the ip: 104.194.9.89, hop into the Recruiting Office and give a recruiter a poke! Please keep in mind that our unit prides realism, so we ask that when you apply you follow all steps on the website to submit a proper application. The 3d also has some strict requirements to join. You must be the age of 17 when applying, you also may not be in another modern day Arma 3 unit or organized clan while applying or a member of the 3d, No Exceptions. We hope to see you in the field with us soon, Raider! Always Faithful, Always Forward! This video was made by a member of the 3d, it showcases the life of a CSO. -LCpl N.Nelson 3d Marine Raider Bn-

Marine Raider Company Delta - Recruitment Thread
scarecrow369 posted a topic in ARMA 3 - SQUADS AND FANPAGES
Marine Raider Company Delta Hello, Marine Raider Company Delta is a "Realism Unit" playing the military simulation game Armed Assault III. What that means is we do our best to emulate a Marine Raider Company organizational structure to the best of our ability and take realism while playing as far as we can go. While striving for realism, we have to walk a fine line between playability and doing things in a way that will be fun for the unit and members. Our goal is to efficiently and strategically complete objectives. We have taken many aspects of the Marine Raiders and made them our own; such as the rank structure and equipment. We use training documents to aid us in being the best virtual Marine Raiders we can be. From basic infantry to leadership classes, all of our material is created carefully, and we select the parts of real world documentation that we can use to aid us in creating our training. Let us be clear though. Though we emulate the Marine Raiders, we are in no way affiliated with them or are trying to get people to join the military. We are a virtual unit and nothing else.
