I did that 1 year ago and im very happy with my linux mint. But it wasnt an easy start for me that i didnt know nothing about linux but the linux community is very nice and always will try to help if u find problems with something. Also u have Wine/playonlinux that now can run many many windows only programs.

https://forums.bohemia.net/forums/forum/196-arma-3-ports/ There u can read about the linux port. At the moment we are in the 1.80 version and the windows version is in the 1.82, we can play in servers with the same version of the client.

I saw players talk about this topic since 2013, fill be fixed? u cant look left/right cause Zamak truck driver seat is too high or the camera view is wrong, looking forward its like if the driver is touching his head with the roof too. Maybe little things like this are causing to players the 3º person view cancer

As the tittle say, will be possible a launcher for linux/mac, i know there are already launchers for unix, but i would like to know about an official launcher with all the features of the windows launcher.

One of my favorite gamemodes, the only problem i see is when the battle is stuck and its so hard to advance with vehicles cause there are too many anti vehicle tools.

Im waiting too for the compatible version again, also a better server browser will be nice the ingame one cant search servers with first person view only.
