Sometimes countermeasures simply do not show up for me when playing commander. A teammate will switch positions and he will have access to countermeasures. I will switch back and do not. Anyone else have this issue?

Is there a fixed version of this available for single player? Just skimming this thread, it looks like there has been a lot of nice fixes, but I only see the 0.97 version available for download in Steam.

How long does it normally take for an issue resolved on the feedback tracker to make it into the dev branch? Specifically, I have been tracking this bug for awhile now http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=18098 It was resolved over a month ago now, but have not seen it in the dev branch changelog, nor the patch notes.
