  1. I got a problem with PMCL used tube, it's not automatically disposed. After use, I've been switching it between rifle, pistol and back to tube, and nothing, only manual disposable works. Is it a problem on my end or you haven't made it to be automatically disposed?

    I've tried it, I've liked it and I approve it. This is now a must have addon for all ArmA 3 players.
  3. I love idle anitmations and I did removed "noidle.pbo" and now ACE for me looks better. Great mod by the way !

    @seba1976 I don't use AAF lite vest so I didn't make it, but for you I will make them. Textures are ready, I just need to make proper codes for them, maybe 10 minutes of work and they will be in the next version. @rlex I'm glad that you like them. As for backpacks, yes I will make them for the next version, maybe two versions of backpacks per one camo, which two version of backpacks would you like to have my camos?
  5. I've just tried and used PCML tube stays on the back. Switch to pistol and back to rifle nothing. As for idle weapon resting animation, only 3P head has movement, rest of the body nothing. I do agree that wiping sweat after a run or just when it's hot temperature does get annoying, but ce la vie .
  6. Ups my bad, I should have wrote PCML doesn't have automatic disposable after use, ACE3 made PMCL one shot use only. And yes there are other mods that reduce weapon sway, but if possible I would like to avoid to use other mods that could be in conflict with ACE3 scripts, but I meant that more like a question, is there anyway ACE3 team can even the odds when comes battling AI on longer rangers, problem is in weapon sway that AI doesn't have. As for Idle animation I agree that there should be an option to enable or disable in ACE3 mod. I'm just little surprised that ACE3 team wants more realism but removes idle resting animation, when you hold 3+ kg weapon there's no way you are going to keep it in one exact position even in resting position, especially after a run/jog. Again great mod with lot of potential.
  7. Just what I expected from one of the best mod for ArmA series. So far I like it and I haven't test it completely, yet. Great job. I like that shades and goggles have that nice UI look, earplugs? Nice, it has a potential to be a must have mod. So far I found a few things that I don't like. - First is disabled idle animation when weapons is lowered, that's a minus on reality part of the mod and a minus on ArmA3 feature. I've been playing video games since 1999 and I've played too much games where characters when they are idle have no animation, looking very robotic and or like a scarecrow. ArmA 3 developers have done a good job on making virtual "people" look like a "alive" and weapon resting animation is needed, you have to turn it back on and maybe improve transition between resting and firing stance/animation. - No automatic disposable of fired AT weapon. - Even though ACE3 healing is improvement and resembles real life of treating of the wounds. It slows down gameplay and with AI always been super accurate you will always be wounded in some part of the body and of course lacking enough medical supplies to treat the every wound at the time. In vanilla A3, one medikit that treats entire body, health, that actually works fine. Now I haven't test all option of ACE3 so I don't know if there is an option to revert to healing system like in vanilla A3. One question, is there a way to lock weapon sway? When comes to AI, AI doesn't have weapons sway so their aim is always better human player (very pronounced on mid-long range). I just hate in A3 that I have to fire one shot at the time and compensate weapon sway to hit the AI. While AI doesn't have weapon sway and quickly semi-auto headshots player from long range. But vs human player weapons sway works perfectly and feels real. But so far mod works great and just bring back idle animation, don't go back to '90s.

    Yes and no. When comes to being authentic, then I guess I could write "ΑΣΤΥÎΟΜΙΑ" next to "POLICE", but judging google search on term "greek police" lot's of uniforms have only "POLICE" written and I'm not making Hellenic police force so being authentic is not my goal. But thanks for advice, I'll think about it :)

    Yup, Humvees do fit good, yes I agree that they are not perfect, they are import from A2, so 3D distance model is little boxy. But up close they are badass, I've made a small and simple demonstration video, when I finish with upload I'll post it here. EDIT: Video is up, it's on 1st page

    Oh, that SUV from PMC expansion for OA, hmm, porting things from A2 into A3 is not my strongest side. But right now I am working on imported two Humvees from A2:OA, one with HMG and other just transport version. I think in a few hours I will have new SPU version ready. These Humvees will look great :) As for that PMC SUV, that's worth thinking (learning how to port) about. Good idea

    Oh that SUV, which does look like BMW x6 in real life, that could work. But police forces with off-road SUV with 50 cal. on the back? This is a police force not a rebel force, so far I only saw in today Libya and Irag and in some Africa countries, that both government forces and rebels fight in their "toyota war". And I'm not making that kind of police force, I took my inspiration from Kosovo war, there SPU (PJP) didn't fought in "Toyota war". But some kind of light armed vehicle is needed, I'll try to find some other mod and include it.

    Thank you, I'm glad that you like it. As for Hunter or SUV, hmm I'll think about it. Problem is that A3 only has SUV pickup with 50 cal, which to me looks good with rebels but not good with army or police, it doesn't look "professional". As for black Hunter, now that could be a maybe, I'll think about it.

    I'm not really good when comes to modding ArmA models(I don't know how to use oxygen 2 software). When I was modding BF2 I've would simple open the weapon model in my 3ds max, then use simple mesh hacking, since you got good PKM model, just copy PKM top cover over to PKP, then adjust texture brightness to fit rest of the weapon model, or mesh hack PKM, add it a PKP accessories and you're done, half an hour of the job. I like your new PKM, but PKP in comparison has a terrible ironsight, then again I like to play with Russian weapons ironsight, since most of people use optics, how ironsight model looks in not important. Keep up the good work
