It's because the way steam updates work now, they modify files directly instead of replacing them, which ends up using more space temporarily. Don't be paranoid about it, SSDs aren't THAT short lived. Unless you got OCZ, I heard those are kinda meh.

Kinda bothered me as well, don't BTRs always have wheels? I'm not an expert but I would think BMP or BMD would be a more accurate name :P

Not sure if this is a new bug, but I noticed while making a little Agia Marina assault mission that the AMV is slightly broken (passengers are in odd posture, AI continually loops) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0zug2Uz0ew&feature=youtu.be Can anyone else confirm that this isn't just me?

Will Arma 3 Have Better Medical Equipment Like ACE2?

Agreed I would love to see the ACE medical system and don't think it would be too hard to make. And TBH the ACE system isn't all that challenging or hard, and if people didn't like it it could always be a difficulty setting between "basic" and "advanced" medical system. -
Unrealistic surpressive fire, unrealistic damages, artificial weapon spread, you CAN actually run FOREVER at very high speeds (you would know this if you actually played it) support has infinite ammo, you heal via proximity, you carry too little ammo often times, and have very little sway. Either you are a troll, or just flat out ignorant.

Just trying to make basic little missions for me to fool around in is really frustrating with this bug, I can't imagine how awful it is for serious mission makers, BIS needs to fix this badly.

I think they should also make it so non-snipers units with sniper rifles should have more scope sway/more recoil to represent that fact that they are not experts at using them.

I see how it is, VBS gets ArmA's fog, but ArmA gets jack-shit from VBS :( Why can't they have a sweet baby together and make ArmA: BS edition :)

Yeah, for some reason the game modes that involve hardly any tactics (DayZ/Wasteland) are the ones that everyone flocks to. I can see the appeal of DayZ, but I can't really see the appeal of Wasteland :P. -
You are the one who started slander, he simply posted what his performance was, and what he believed was the cause of it. Calling out people as trolls isn't constructive either, so maybe you should leave and calm down a bit. Now, back on topic ArmA 3 has always used 100% of my GPU, as well as many other games, and I'm going on two years with this card. Running at 100% is completely normal, and you should always try to get the most out of your GPU (on stock clocks).

Playing domination is hardly any fun for me, since anyone can just pick up an RPG-42 and insta-kill any enemy armor or cars. It also seems they hardly have any drop even when fired unguided, so it makes it ridiculously easy to take out everything. If the game doesn't get some sort of improvement to the armor system, it will REALLY suffer. -
I'd like them to make an actually decent stamina system, but just a half-assed blur effect is not enough, and is just an immersion breaker for me. DoF and maybe slight screen fading would be alot better.

Exactly, people sometimes seems to forget this is a game. You have to make trade-offs if you want it to be fun, because RL warfare/running in high heat isn't fun (unless your a psycho). Also, there are alot of things we can do in-game that we can't do IRL, but there are even more things we CAN'T do in-game that we can do IRL, so a balancedbetween the two have to be made.

I would think a blinking black screen increasing in intensity of long periods of running would be more immersive than a crappy layer being stuck over my eyes. :P

Then you've just negated AMD's main advantage, (price) since now you have to buy 2 GFX cards. Also, does that actually work???

I would hope it would do that based on the specific system. Because my 560ti is more of a bottleneck running at constant 100% than my 3770k :P
