well, why couldn't you be more specific like that before, then just saying: arma 5 will have all the illness arma 3 has? -
and we are back to pink ponies again. It's not about, if i'm gona to use it or not, it's up to you will see people with .50cal sniper rifle or mg in their hands, with titan and a ruck on their back, will jump around like bunch of bunnies. The amount of repetative posts is way to high here.

how come, my system commit ram usage is up to 8gb while playing arma, when physical memory to 6, while 2,4gb in idle? -

well said, we would have another cod or bf clone, cause BI just wanted to cash it's community, without allowing it to mod, and force feed with countless dlc's. -
all newcommers to arma, should finally learn, this is not just another god damn shooter like CoD or BF, ask people who served or serve in the military, like some already said here, they never jumped.

Ofcourse there will be DLC's. Something tells me we gona see chinese army, since they are in CSAT, if i remember. I wish to see Russia again, but since i know, they will the "the bad guys" again, unless bi would make them neutral power at least, like in Syrian conflict, stoping 'murrica from bombing this country. -
paying 6$ for 8 games, where at least half of them are worthy? ;) Thats a big YES!

simly by trying, trying, failing and more trying man. I know the mission you speak of, actually this is the last mission i done before stoping playing. I died like 5 times, trying to assault stoped convoy, wherey ou have to kill AAF crew. Using few underbarel granade shots, disabled strider, i killed it's crew, then frew 4 granades behind the wall and killed lots there, some tried to surround me i quickly reacted and killed them, then killed the rest. Hard but not impossible, isn't that many people were asking at first episode, difficult missions?

oh yeah, thus engine experts again. There is no other engine capable of arma needs. Strangely the most known military simularor VBS aka - virtual battle space, being succesful developed on real virtualy engine and failed on cry engine. Welp, here we are back to "arma needz nu engine!" -

could you a t least provide FPS before and after, and what game settings to use? Thats is like saying nothing tbh.

Don't even start BI planned, BI promised, thats just like pissing against the wind. Lets just combine all BI games to arma 3! I would not mind advanced fly model like ToH in arma, and advanced armor model like in iron front, and weapon customization like in dayz, but lets be realistic, we can't get all of this, at least now. -
but other games do have pink ponies!

my windows 7 x64 uses 2,4gb ram in idle, when the game uses at least 2 gb of ram, even 3, and you have just 4, this is where stuttering begins, it starts to write files to the disc in page file, and slows the system down. Getting at least more 4gb ram, won't hurt your performance, actually improve it. A buddy had 4 gig and blamed slowdowns when i was fine, i told him to get another 4 gigs, and he was pretty happy with the performance on his quite dated rig. But yes, don't expect a mirracle here. Actually my physical ram is loaded to 6 gb, and system commit to 8gb, while playing arma, according process explorer, but 12gb of ram was even to much but i'm keeping it. Also i remember in arma 2, people were reporting 15-25% performace increase, having ram clocked to 2100+mhz -

but the main goal of armata, is to make manless turret, to protect the crew, and as you might know, Russians tried to develop manless turret tank back in 70's, but lack of technology put it on hold untill now. BMPT already has manless turret, and is based on armata concept, along with mbt, apc, wheeled vehicles. -
i have read one of devs said, they do plan to make an extra coop campaign sometime later, after all 3 episodes have been done.

yep, time will show, i do barely think, Russia wants us to know real facts about armata yet. Thats why so many sources and so many different characteristics. AS i remember in "tank biathlon" show, on russia 2 channel, they said they will show new MBT in 2014, and maybe even use him at tank biathlon itself. -
