Ummm you can disable mouse steering from vehicles or I don't get what do you mean. Car more left and right are the controls that you need to disable from the mouse. Arma 2 has the same options and maybe even the earlier games got it.

AMD processors are pretty beaten up in Arma. Sad but true :/ http://pclab.pl/art54599-4.html Recommends could be better.

Have you tested to set more than 2GB with -maxMem= parameter? That could help. I've set it at 4096 just in case and I've seen that in Altis Arma 3 have used 2,2GB of RAM. Mostly for me the stutter happens when I'm turning so the game has to load better LODs or something but if it happens when I'm flying straight I guess it's mainly because the game loads the ground textures from the far or something. And I have an SSD.

I haven't visited in Mediterranean but that reminds me exactly Finnish summer and that's kinda weird if it's the same in Mediterranean :D I was just expecting some different birds.

Dam had forget this. I wrote just my opinion in the ticket but I say it here also. It's overdone. You can't hold breath much so it's ridiculous with zoomed in rangefinder and it's very hard to keep it steady even if you hold breath.

After flying around with helicopter in 4x speed 12Km/3Km/200m settings and most of the stuff in ultra Task Manager says 2 322 996 K. It could rise even some more if I fly around but probably not much over 2GB but it goes over 1,5 GB in Altis Also I see much less freezes now with 12Km view distance so something has been done right :cool:

What are your specs? When I turn view distance at 12K but keep object draw distance at 500m the stuttering or freezing is pretty bad sometimes or at least it happens often. When I fly in chernarus there's zero problem or freezes. My video www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL3i5zitp2E

1-2 FPS on Altis and 60 fps on stratis.

Well just tried to fly with 12K view distance and 500 object draw distance just to see how much the ground of is making the game freeze. In Stratis there's 0 freeze and everything goes smoothly. In Chernarus there's no freezing and same as Stratis. In Altis the game runs about the same fps as Stratis but then the screen freezes often so it's pretty bad. It has something to do with loading the ground. I can put some comparsion videos later. Something just isn't loaded right in Altis. /This wasn't really about the less than 5 fps but might relate. I still voted no because it's running well. -
Yeah I know. The biggest problem comes when I want to decrease view distance for example from the 12K to 9K then the object draw just grows because I usually keep it at 1,7K and makes the system freeze for some time. It's not very practical. It just would be better if the ODD never follows VD unless VD goes under the ODD.

Yep same to me even with SSD. It's very annoying that object draw distance rises when you slide view distance because 12K VD makes the ODD over 5K and that seems to be too much for almost any system.

So is there any SSD guys with Altis fps problem? Haven't seen or missed. I'm OK with my rig. Runs just like Stratis.

OK I found out that you need to load the addon in the old way with start up parameter. Selecting the mod in the game and then restarting doesn't work with the performance test. -

650MB and I've only downloaded 140MB in an hour. Can anyone upload it in other site? /Something is bugged because I can't see any difference :/ I'm on the same place where Simas took his screenshots and it's just the same old. -
I think there should be interaction icons because it's then pretty hard to say are you close enough to open/close the door, what object you're trying to pick up from the ground or what seat are you trying to get etc. It could be just a small dot but there really needs to be some icon(s) to show that you're enable to interact.

I don't think that DayZ will lose it's opportunity for a while. There really isn't any competition yet. Rocket has proposed couple days ago complete overhaul of zombie AI and I agree with this. The Ai isn't the only problem but the animations, collision and how fast the zombies are is making them really bad. -
Anyone else hearing weird *blib* sound when it's raining? It's like clicking something in the menu but more quiet.

Well holding right mouse button should zoom max if that helps something but pretty weird that + and - keys don't work. Do they work with any other things?

Did you know that you need to press right mouse or numpad 0 button to watch through the rangefinder just like with binoculars or bringing up weapon sights? Zooming with + and - keys is working for me.

I got the same problem once after it landed. i couldn't get it move by manual, or by waypoints from terminal. I solved the problem by shooting two MX magazines to the back rotor because after that it somehow started to move by itself and I took the control and I could move it also again :D Seems to be bit random bug.
