Hi all. Anyone have an idea, why on this island https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1113631358&searchtext=chernarus+2035 environment sounds aren't working (birds, nature, wind, rain) if I enable this mod? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1376636636&searchtext=ravage No problems on other islands. Anyone knows why this may happen..? I want to locate the problem, but I don't know what I have to search -) Search words for some classes in config.bin (cpp) like - ambient sounds..? Environment? P.S.: There are no commands like enableEnvironment in ravage mod For moderator: please move this to ARMA 3 - ADDONS - CONFIGS & SCRIPTING. Thanks 🙂

Hello. Im trying to publish a mod on steam workshop, but get this error: I don't had any VAC bans. Upload missions to the workshop also works. Here is some piece of log: Anyone knows why this error happens..?

Mixed genre: Horror, post-apocalyptic, puzzles, action, adventure Description In 2035, the world learned about a new type of coronavirus, SARS-CoV-3. People infected with it lost their minds and died. A year later, the virus mutated. Man lost his mind and behaved like a wild animal. Gradually, more and more people became infected. Anarchy began. The infrastructure collapsed. There is a marker on the map if you select the task "Leave military base". Just look better -)

Task markers appears on the map when you select a task (not all, but tasks like leaving area are always visible, because you need to know where to go) :)

However, I got an idea from you to create mobile hotspot and try to upload it. And it worked. It looks like there is some issue with router or ports. Will check it later -

Since steam is working correctly and only the publisher from arma 3 have this problem - I don't think thats the issue. -

Unfortunately not. If no one answers, then there is no solution, probably-) Or there is, but it is known only to experts I also installed Windows 10 before new year 2021 (25.12.2020). It doesn't works too. Still error code 2. Deeper research is needed -
Hello. Im making a new coop mission and got some problems with creating light points. I start at small military base. I placed there 25 street enabled street lamps. I create then a light point. This is how it looks like when street lamps are off: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1TKSyv3_NksZ0Nj321hqlsv47pQro0nrT And this is how the light source looks like when street lamps are on: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hQH7dEkm7kvYtiHlAm3z1Bejrhj_Qt9k Is there a way to get around this limitation?..? (No, deleting street lamps is not a solution :D) Also the light source looks ok when there are 24 street lamps. But lowering game setting "Dynamic lights" will get you into second situation (screen 2) :3. So I would need some universal solution... 😔

Hi. Anyone know how to make these animated/clickable markers on the map..? Like in arma 2 warfare for example where you select respawn location. I don't know where to start with it Never dealt with it before

I found something. Error code 2 means invalid parameters, according to this page: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Publisher Code 0x0002. What parameter could be wrong..? -

@Harzach Yeah. I see that some values if you increase them over 50, you can't see the difference anymore. But im not sure about that: If you can't see the difference, then, maybe, if you increase some another value, which (probably) will affect another values - you'll now (probably) see the effect of the value you changed before. I have also read about attenuation and have put some 'careful' values 🐵 -

I'm not sure about the maximum permissible values for some parameters. If you have experience and know whats the best value for x option (like constant, linear or quadratic...) - give me some info about that 🙂 -

Ok, looks like you have right. I counted my light sources and it was exactly 32. Well... There is nothing to do about it... ☹️
