I guess, that the backup files include far too many links that need adjustment. If you need those files, simply replace ftp://ofpr.info with ftp://ftp.armedassault.info in your download link e.g ftp://ofpr.info/ofpd/unofaddons2/icp_rfwp.rar.shall be ftp://ftp.armedassault.info/ofpd/unofaddons2/icp_rfwp.rar This way should enable you to download what ever you need from the backup host.

An OD-Version is available by mediafire. The addon requires the M48 rev 1.D. @hitman1987 The vehicles are cold war europe setting from the early Bundeswehr of the federal repulic of germany. When marseille77 relased his BW85 mod, I tried to add some armor (M41, M42, M48, M47, AMX13). have fun, mike

That was a preliminary version screenshot and got lost during the past. I will try to add an olive drab version in the future, but give some weeks for release, because I am quite occupied at the moment. have fun, mike

modemmaik replied to Revan9190's topic in ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
I have recenty released a M47 in the german OFP community. If you want, you can use the M47 for your purpose. I have uploaded the addon plus sources (textures in paint.NET format): Mediafire plastic M47 addon and sources ingame picture with green camo and specular material added You have full permission to use the material included in the links above. BR and much fun, ModEmMaik -

After finishing this version, I have sent a hosting request to Rellikki (03-04-2010, 09:16 PM), but got no reply. Nice to see this tank still in use :)

I have uploaded the beta release from January this year again: DL-Link OPLOT beta version

Correct, but actually the computer, having the OFP addon is down at the moment. I hope to have it running within the next days to upload the OPLOT again.

What could cause my game to be crashing with my model?
modemmaik replied to jasono's topic in ARMA : O2 MODELLING
Check your Pilot View LOD using the O2-buldozer function. When the buldozer crashes, check your textures and model.cfg (I used to replace most textures using a standard 256x256 black texture without material to figure out the root cause, which in my case was a non 2^x texture) or replace the pilot view (e.g.with the sedan's pilot view) for test. When the buldozer runs fine, check your config. E.g. try to use a standard vehicle configuration with the modified model entry only. Target should be to have an alternative "simplified", but running config / model and transfer bit by bit to check, what causes the crash. -
This one by Sebastian Mueller? Ups... mixed something up ;)

I ran into the same problem, when I tried to implement an AH-1Z foldwing. Last try included an additional bone with a rotation animation on the main rotor to swing it to "park postion" when the engine is stopped, but I found no way to detect the actual position of the main rotor. :butbut:
-
Usually the mainrotor is connected to rotorH and the aft rotor to rotorV source: ArmA Wiki howto model config ArmA Wiki Model Config But your problem seems to be linked to a scripted sollution, because rotorH and rotorV slow down to a halt when the engine is stopped.

OH-58 Kiowa Warrior comes to Arma2
modemmaik replied to eble's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Hi Eble, congratz for this nice helicopter :bounce3: But I wonder about the reaction on left/right pedal. It seems to bank, where other choppers turn. Nice job on the cockpit's dials. BR, mike -
Panavia Tornado IDS/ECR/ADV

Seems that there is a mirror on ofpr.info, but I am not sure whether it is the same version (because I am unable to dl from the google link). -

LOL... nice find :ok: -
Big thanks vektorboson, I have already spent some time on the IP M1 (added / replaced some of the M1A1 interrior with M60 interrior, added camo to cargo / driver view LOD's), but will try to find some more minutes (may be adding a RHS compliant recoil and tank riders). cu, mike

VILAS addons release thread
modemmaik replied to vilas's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Strange... retested them and they work... sorry, my fault. Non-spinning back wheels are desert version only. Sorry, mike -
VILAS addons release thread
modemmaik replied to vilas's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Thanks vilas. Nice work. I have just tested the M2A0 and M2A2. Two minor issues: - The back wheels do not spin - The dampers seem to be inactive. I you want to, you may check my open source bradley. The dampers should work, MLOD's are included. :edit: Retest shows working dampers on all versions. My fault. -
F-117A NightHawk - Alpha Released
modemmaik replied to Fortran's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Yes, the shadow volumes for pilot / cargo / gunner exists. I used them to remove shadows for the cargo in the NH90 (by adding an empty cargo shadow LOD). Works in A1, but not in A2 :( At least not in the NH90, which was complied with the old binPbo... May be using the new pinPbo included in the "BI Tools 2" fixes that... -
Yess, A1-rtm's work in A2. Only one issue left: The view in A2 seems to be somehow shifted to the right about half the distance between the eyes. In the RAH-66 project, I had to correct this (using Ofpanim) for the A2-animation, else the pilot's view would not have been centered to the crosshair.

This comanche feature is good documented, but the gameengine gives full maingun control to the user only. BWMod fixed this on their Gepard: The model includes a hidden structure that replaces the spinning radar, to do the "turn-off/on" animation. Same can be implemented to the comanche's gatling. But hat needs some scripts, which I avoided in this release to reduce the complexity and ensure compatibilty to other addons / AI-fixes etc. I am not sure about the tailrotor manipulations, but the config offers some items (e.g. min/max/neutralBackRotorDive). Manual control of the landing gear can be implemented, but there are some problems, when the AI pilots the chopper (see MH53E first release).
