  7. Hi everyone, this is a know issue that our team is currently working on a fix for ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ As @fkhooligan has mentioned - we recommend deleting the local save file "Loadouts_SaveGame". This is connected to a know issue, which you can read more about in our 20.0 Changelog: https://vigorgame.com/changelog/200 Please follow this guide from the PlayStation website in order to delete "Loadouts_SaveGame": https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps5-manage-storage-space/ We also advise you to avoid using loadout presets while we work on a fix for this problem ๐Ÿ™

    Hi @Brian Turner, thanks for sharing this suggestion with us ๐Ÿ™‚ It's an interesting idea, although we would need to consider the implications of such a system - especially if some players can be incorrectly accused of cheating. In the meantime, we recommend that you continue reporting players who you suspect are cheating - thank you for doing that ๐Ÿ™ Those reports are helpful for our investigations and make it possible for us to take appropriate action ๐Ÿ…

    Hi @Tf Ft, we're sorry that you're seeing this error 0 message. Are you able to get into the Shelter at all, or have you already tried reinstalling the game? If you're still experiencing this after reinstalling, can you please let us know which country/state you're playing from, and if other accounts on your console are also affected by this error 0? ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ…

    Why not fix the problems!!

    Hi @rshort3, thanks for your post about this ๐Ÿ™‚ Our team continuously works on fixing in-game glitches and bugs. Details of the bugs we have fixed can be found in our changelogs, although some trickier bugs can unfortunately persist or reappear. Can you please let us know which glitches you've come across in the game? ๐Ÿ™ It really does help us when players are reported through the in-game Report System, as reports we've received through that system have allowed us to take action against certain players ๐Ÿ’ช If you are reporting players for cheating and have clips of them cheating in the game, you can send these to our email address (vigor@bistudio.com) ๐Ÿ“ง๐Ÿ…

    Hi @PSSD OFF TAX, it looks like you landed a couple of shots on the other player, so the amount of damage shown for that player in Spectator Mode was proportional. It's also possible that your shots might have been affected by lag, as there was a pop-up message about network stability that showed at 0:19. We recommend all players use a wired connection to reduce the possibility of connectivity issues, but if you turn on the Network Stats in the options menu and send us a clip, we can look into whether it's a problem from our side ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ…

While it's currently not possible to remove players you don't want to play with, you can block and report them through your PlayStation.     Teaming in solo encounter

It's fine if players make friends organically in the Outlands and decide to team up in a match or two, but pre-arranged teaming up in solo matches is not something we encourage. There are currently some problems with purchases made for Crown Packs and Premium Packs, both through the game on Xbox and the Microsoft Store.
