Haha if only 😂 but I can share my secret food gathering route if you want to grind it? 😛 fjellkanten top right path on the map from the small hut down to the dead mans resting place some good quantities to be found in the hundreds 😉
-
Not tested that specially but playing casually and collecting food promptly each day I’ve made every weeks donation easily and then some. I’ve got some 30k food spare so I’m clearly making more than I’m spending each week. Dont even regularly look for dig stash though that helps and the odd fjellkanten run. So yeah pretty much it’s easy to hit the target each week

Yes actually there is a ping tool system in game now so you can mark last seen enemy locations, general waypoint marks, loot in containers or mark lootable containers themselves. 🙂 Depending on your control scheme it would be tapping and double tapping left on the directional pad if your on console. Play around with it, it’s quite useful!

Change the way guns reload
Matthew Aiken replied to Psychedelibebop's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Technically this is how guns actually work but One way to counter this is to reload before your completely empty, this is called a tactical reload which is faster. Though I would agree that if your reloading a weapon from weapon we get an animation of priming the first round of a new mag into the chamber to save a second reload that would solve the problem. Slightly longer reload to load the extra round but in exchange saving that second reload for when your actually in battle. Thoughts? -
Do you own one in your inventory? I know you can’t test weapons if you none left of it in inventory.

This topic was discussed before and argued that it could help teamers finger the location of enemy outlanders mid battle. While I like idea of a quick look or a replay of where the enemy was when you died I’m honestly not sure if it’s a good idea. Perhaps in a solo only mode?

Do what the veterans do :) save up your crates between now and the next exp event then spend an afternoon one Saturday or Sunday opening them all 😄
-
No problem 🙂 be sure to look out for the next season in about 6 days time I believe the m60 machine gun and spas 12 shotgun should be amongst the offerings! 😁
-
Hi 🙂 so you’ll generally find them in various rarities of airdrop crates which you can earn from encounters, food donation boxes and season pass rewards. Season passes also usually offer specific weapon crafting plans specific to whatever weapons feature then.

Concerns for Season 7 and Beyond
Matthew Aiken replied to PHVNTOMLORD's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
No evidence to say adding to the shelter wipes out your stash as they did add that bunker thing with the last season update but yeah i agree I feel it may possibly but coming up to the maximum amount of innovation achieved for the game. Honestly beyond what their already doing adding weapons and cosmetics I don’t what else they could do? Wait and see I guess -
Devs said their working on getting everyone their jackets my sure how their gonna go about it but be patient you should get it hopefully 🙂
-
More work than you think I would bet, I’m not too thrilled on the idea, be too jarring anyway having played third person for so long
-
Yes they do 🙂 save them for next season to get a head start. If you can wait for the next exp event even better!

Concerns for Season 7 and Beyond
Matthew Aiken replied to PHVNTOMLORD's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Regarding the leave game option if this is accurate, not checked any patch notes yet but I think the locked exits thing is either an addition on top of existing exits or something to stop people spamming quick exits. Be this I mean for example when you get a challenge to safely leave encounters, I typically went in and left straight away or after picking only a few things up. Not heard anything about camping mortars, seems cruel in theory but again not heard about this. Not heard about the removal of timed safe or container but this seems like a move to limit exp gain maybe? Perhaps it was only ever temporary to allow newer players a chance to earn good weapons easily. Who can say for sure? Be interesting to hear more about this. -
Difficult to say as sometimes you can’t tell if someone’s unarmed at times, how would you gauge it? Would suck to kill someone you see running in the distance and find they had no weapon but you got punished for it with a map marker. Just seems niche in my view.

Trust me you wouldn’t want that, everyone would pick g3 gewer or hbars and it would become a true cod twitch shootout. Though granted I would like to see something else done with shootout I’ll reserve this opinion for once I’ve actually reviewed next seasons shootout changes which promise to swap out the available weapons you can start with and find in the mode. Personally though I don’t think starting loadout is an issue, I’d rather see boosts to exp gains and food for playing.
-
Ah yes but what I was asking for was a ping tool style callout for when your needing health, like the enemy spotted ping for instance 🙂
-
Only thing you lose out on are the levels you haven’t completed from that seasons battlepass but even then you can earn them later on

Get rid of or nerf armour plates

-insert salt grinder emote 🧂- -
Oh yeah I forget about that sometimes! Never actually done it though, not like anyone in my party sits still xD perhaps a ping system in game communication to offer teammates healing, perhaps a ping system to show a heal icon over your head asking for or offering support?
-
Ah right I thought as much! I feel we could benefit from an in game notification of some sorts for future notice. Some other games I can think off have this as a feature is that something that could be considered?

So since the update came to fix to fix the premature arrival of the next season I noticed exp gains have shot up again. Highlighting what I suspected previously in that exp gains were halved! Thankfully now we’re getting lots of experience for the battlepass and I wanted to ask The devs to please keep this in? It’s more rewarding for those with premium battlepass to really get that exp, especially when you do good like hitting both safes, the container and the drop. Previous to this the exp gains were so low you were forced to do it all or get barely anything which kinda sucks, I would like to feel rewarded for having premium pass and see the benefits rather than feel throttled with halved exp gains.

Be wary there’s portable signal detector challenges and one for the main signal detector in game. Read the description be sure to note which you need to use. 🙂

So I totally get it that some weapons are better than others but what I’ve been observing as of late (and frankly doesn’t surprise me) is the upsurge of people killing you with top tier weapons then screaming “mlg pro skillszzz!!!” Teabagging, emoting (usually the middle finger) but now it seems I’ve started getting troll mail in the form of Xbox messages, everything from the finger in symbols or crying emotes. I knew the vigor community was on a downward trajectory for a while becoming more call of duty oriented but this level of salt in the wound borders a new threshold. 😒 I mean mate your using a freaking hbar I had admittedly a good gun too but simply lost the fight. It was in this case a prolonged fight in which we both inflicted damage so it wasn’t like he dropped me at 200 yards with two rounds but no he’s now the ultimate Rambo badass. #note to the community don’t be a scummy salty loser or a salty winner. Now you best someone with a crappy common gun and walk away with their adr or hbar then by all means! But yeah any similar stories anyone has on the subject? 😂👍

So I know there was initially a different level 75 reward when this update came and then it was changed to something a bit better so I’m thinking this is what the issue is. 🤔
