Nope.

You can use it to run only a single client or a single client and dedicated server.

Buy one license get one client simples.

In OFP you could play with the same key at LAN, but I doubt it's still the same. SP will work fine on x+ computers at the same time since the cd check removal, but MP will trigger an error message like "cd key allready in use" or none at all and get kicked off the server.

No, it certainly couldn't.
