76 0 Posted January 15, 2010 (edited) @76, what macros did you set it up with? -=Under M1=- G1 - Auto Run (thanks to Nazul "To set Auto-run just record the W keystroke down but not up.") G2 - Auto Hover On G3 - 1st/3rd person (numpad enter) G4 - Zoom In (numpad +) G5 - Zoom Out (numpad -) G6 - Iron Sights/Scope (V) -=Under M2=- G keys are various messages for TS3 info, game tips, messages like ping over blah blah gets kicked blah blah etc etc others... J - Get Out Jx2 - Eject Mouse Button 4 (back button) - Swap Gunner (for armed vehicles) Mouse Button 5 (forward button) - Toggle Weapons (mostly for armed vehicles) Cx2 - Step Over U - Surrender (just for fun) Mouse Left/Right - Car Left/Right Unmapped - diary , team swap to next/previous, car more left/right The LCD for TS3 is probably the most important feature for me. Sarge;1543092']I made a roll back to 3.03 and everything was just fine' date=' so its definitely the actual GamePanel 3.04 Software.[/quote'] Thank you, very good to know as I regularly update.... everything :) Edited January 16, 2010 by 76 Change G1 to Auto Run thx Nazul
jasonnoguchi 11 Posted January 18, 2010 Got my Wolf King keyboard at last! Takes quite a bit of re-configuring the key strokes and getting used to the new positions but after playing with it for a while, I must say that every functions are now right under my left fingers with minimal movements needed! I can see how fast and intuitive this can get after I get used to it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ArmA2 since there are sooooo many keystrokes in ArmA2.

Nicholas 5 Posted January 18, 2010 I use this when gaming: When it's not in use, I swap it out with a regular board and it looks like this:
Dcope 10 Posted January 18, 2010 i use one of these http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/cyborgcommand.htm theres a little thumb stick that i use as thrust control, and you can program for flight or shooter as you want, this with free track gives great experience. jasonnoguchi 11 Posted January 19, 2010 (edited) I was considering the saitek and the n52te too but considering the fact that I use trackir (so I don't need a freelook button), flight stick (so I don't need hat buttons on my keyboard) and a gaming mouse (so I don't need additional buttons or scroll wheels on my keyboard), I found them quite the pad with only a few usable buttons. Another problem with both gamepads is that it lacks the number and F buttons which are critical to AI control in ArmA2. So you still have to leave the gamepad and reach for a keyboard since those keys cannot be remapped in ArmA2. that really defeats the purpose for me. Dcope 10 Posted January 19, 2010 i use it as thrust control with my sidewider presision pro 2 stick, and i can have any key stroke programed to any button, the advantage of that is i can remap any fps game to be the same eg for jump, maps etc so musle memory can kick in and i dont have to think about the quirks between games. Toggles for crouch and auto run and zoom lock also help. as well as toggle for freetrack as well as a recenter button.
