Fictive Assault Rifle AR06

So I just began to think a rifle of my dreams, all outlooks I like combined toghetter as model. I began working on it, and before I go to bed I wanted to show you guys what I managed to do in about a hour of design and modelling.

1.11.2009 UPDATE:

Been rather busy with school, but managed to squeeze a bit of time. Added shell ejector and loadin' thingy and magazine.

3.11.2009 UPDATE:

Made the RIS base, and added sights to it. This way I can easilly add other sights aswell (Acog, Aimpoint etc...)

Please comment and add wishes and possible references to what you would suggest I should add. the front stock still needs to be made, and I have been thinking of Some series of kalashnikov inspired front stock, with short barrel.

it will have similarties form G3 and FN-FAL, also some modern stuff, like RIS/RAS systems.

Nice on, Kristian! I was thinking about custom/fictional weapons myself, but obviously lack the talent to actually making it more than just mere thoughts and dreams, heh. Sounds very interesting. I look forward to further updates and see where you go with this. :)

I added sort of sights. Posting screenshots to first post in few hours or so, when I get them to actually look like RIS attached sight :P
