Now, if I was to try my best to work around this problem, what units/mods would you people recommend in order to alleviate this issue the most? What are the units/mods that mitigate this problem? Thanks in advance!

ACU uniforms weren't meant to be rolled anyway.We did away with that practice after the BDU and DCU's.Best off protecting that skin from the sun.
