Sometime it's really useful, to read existing posts.

... and to make it a bit more easy for you:

Jman;1438987']the Arma2server.exe will be out shortly as a separate download I expect just like 1.03.

In the meantime just use the arma.exe instead by using the -server switch to force it into dedicated mode.
