Hello there. I'm looking for this http://ofp.gamepark.cz/index.php?showthis=7752 but with fixed lods and other bugs. Can I count that this addon exist?

Don't think so. If you look at Wipman's readme you'll see this note:

Known Bugs:

v1.0 - Haven't distance Lods, so when yar a bit far away (few meters) u

don't see any textures on 'em; they only have the 1St Lod, Memory

and viewPilot Lod. If yar a modeler & can do the poligons reduction

Lods that they need to be done and finnished, it's up 2 u; the "community"

Well, AFAIK you can't add the radar thing to a man class soldier (answer by SUMA here), but you can add a health / carburant display by manipulating the "UnitInfoType" entry in the config.cpp, like here in the Terminator addon, and even modify how it is displayed by modifying the resource.bin (see Suma's post above).

With some scripts, it should be possible to create some man huds, see itweas wolf addon here.

is there any addOn for general aviation like MERC´S CESSNA PACK but PIPER or BEECHCRAFT?

I never heard about plane with nuclear bombs... Sorry. Without authors or names of planes will be hard as hell to find this thing :/
