Super AI?

What does Super AI in the options do? Does it do what I think it does?

Basicly it turns the AI into Chuck Norris. You wont see what hit you until someone told you it was a roundhouse kick.

Is there any difference between checking it (default is off for all difficulties) and to setting the AI skill bar to maximum (which is default anyway for higher difficulties)?

I can't confirm this, but it's possible that it also affects the "in-mission" difficulty (the skill sliders that get set on each unit that was placed). Normally the sliders in the difficulty screen are only multipliers for this value.

I dont think that BIS had changed that:

Skill of AI units set via the slider in unit placement screen varies from 0.2 to 1.0.

If superAI is enabled all units have skill of 1.0 regardless of the skill slider
