Can we get any update on this please EricM?

I made a replacement config for OAC, yet there are some issues like the rotor is going

the wrong way. Also it would be nice to the weapon issues sorted.

RH had some nice reskins in the pipe.

As per EricM's wishes. The FULL release will include all the MLODS and source files to allow you to create your own versions.

You may NOT alter or reskin this release. (A template and paint kit will be released as part of the FULL release.)

Q go check your ACE channel log and you will see the status of the Hinds. We spent about 20 mins dicussing them at the start of the week.

I've already posted replies to this exact question several times before. The only thing left to do is to create the template and instructions. If people want the MLODs early and they know what they are doing without instructions PM me and I will hand them out.

fixes and RH reskins.

He is still around on the forums from what I can recall though.

No. As I am sure you would agree It wouldn't be appropriate to post details of a private conversation. The generalities of the chat were just that 99% of the fixes are in place. The outstanding work is basically:

a) finding the latest Texture source files.

b) Providing a template for those whishing to create their own versions

c) Instructions for the less technically proficient to use the template.

Yes which I am responsible for apparently. If you read my previous posts about the Hinds closely you will see that I am the one doing the "fixes".

I've not heard form him for a while but he left the updates for me to do. Which I've mostly done. Several teams weren't interested in the config so already have the fixed models eg CWR etc All they had to do was ask for them.

nor do I have access to the private forums or anything else.

What about doing the said three points in a separate release? After all the the

beta and so far only release is many moons ago, with no fixes out and people

not have their chance doing their own reskins.

It would be a shame if EricM is no longer interested in his baby

for all the hard work he put into it. I will bring this thread to

his attention and see how it goes.

Past experience has taught me that publically releasing or being forced into releasing an unfinished addon just gets me flamed to death. Right now I'm not interested in going through that all over again just because someone cant be patient for just a few days longer... I'm not going to be bullied into releasing anything because you want it now.

No I said from the start I wasn't getting involved in adding new versions to the basic pack. Once the Final pack was put together the MLODs and templates are there so people can do what they want.
