chammy 7 Posted October 29, 2007 sorta jumping in here quickly (running a much needed bath..), why not us the forum to post low quality examples & get people to vote for them throughout the week they were posted?forget this copyright crap, a true 'community' doesn't argue over little things, it rises and joins to create something bigger & better from the sum of smaller parts... either way this is a great idea, keep brainstorming ! I think before doing so one must ask authenticity and then permission first. At least, even though its suposedly a "little thing" it is a big thing when someone elses hard work is used for someone elses credibilty. From what I have read, though, I know that for a fact these 2 sounds in question were made from scratch from myself and I can direct the link if needed, these 2 sound waves can easly be obtained if searched thuroughly. They might be a very common video clip. So far I have not heard of these waves sound mod or addon......yet. I have made sure I wasnt taking or using from someone elses wave samples. ONI.au 0 Posted October 29, 2007 cool mate that was our point exactly and i think you can understand our defensiveness i mean i personally havent used your sound pack but i have used ffamm ,vn,and a lot of others but if you were being checked out as far as your sounds vs another persons sounds and being asked please explain when you in all honesty have not stepped over the mark wouldnt you get a little pissy? edit:especially when its not the person who made the sound pack scrutinising against it i can understand the other modder doing it and i understand vid's intentions were true just possibly the methods could have been different who knows edit2: i wanted to go to the range with our mil to sample some stuff (australian )but as far as civi's out on exersizes (even to ex-diggers like myself) its frowned upon and mostly taboo due to some training accidents that have happened in the past and they dont want shit in the news like dead civillian killed on training exersize and our guys because of security and the secrecy act arent even to release photo's of exersizes except of ones back at base camp and they have to be ones of inside their tents i shit you not Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
