AgentJonathan 0 Posted May 31, 2007 How can I make a mp mission and play it with just one or two friends, without having the public jumping in? THX
Metal Heart 0 Posted June 1, 2007 If you host a game the other players will need your IP address to join. With a dedicated server you can use a password.

BlackScorpion 0 Posted June 2, 2007 http://checkip.dyndns.org:8245/ IP is basically the home address of your PC. Every PC has one, when connected to the internet. That's how all the servers and such know where to send the info. IF you give them the correct IP and they can't join, your firewall might be blocking them. In that case, try opening few ports from the settings.
JAMF 0 Posted June 6, 2007 Try Hamachi. It creates a "virtual LAN" on the internet and removes the need to filter the gamespy internet list. You only need to create a network name and pasword, then tell your friends to download Hamachi and give them the name and PW.
