Any Star Wars mods?

Hi there, I've been playing SWBF2 today and realised how crappy it is, so my question is: is there any Star Wars mod in developement for ArmA? I can't wait to sweep through Sahrani with a bunch of stormtroopers.

there are no Arna Star Wars Mods, but there was an OFP Star Wars Mod but not sure what happened to it

I played SWBF2 too.It'd be hard to recreate the space fighter missions.That was some cool stuff (could fly in the enemies base)

Ive been in both Star Wars mods for OFP without many releases. Just a bunch of videos showing off awsome addons that never made to public by Acacyn and a few others.

I was wanting to make all the addons for ArmA so that when ArmA came out, we'd have a release ready right on launch day when it came out. Unfortunately, not many of the team members were too excited about that idea. Which would make sense because BIS hasnt (go figure) released any of the addon tools yet.

I'm no longer involved with the Star Wars mods now, so if you want an official answer you can go to the Galaxy at War mod.

There has been very little, close to no activity in the Star Wars mod nowadays.

Galaxy at war is quite screwed. Acacyn is MIA for months, there isnt any real progress.

Wonder if we can get ATATs to 'walk' in ArmA. Now that would be awesome.

And about Starwars copyrights:

You're not allowed to use the main characters (Luke, DarthVader, HanSolo, ...) for your mod, nor must you use the word 'Starwars' in the title of your mod.

You may use common troops (soldiers), vehicles and locations for a mod.

So a mod named like 'In a galaxy far away' or 'SpaceWars' with Stormtroopers and Rebel Soldiers fighting in places like Tatooine, Hoth or Endor would be tolerated by Lucasarts.

Well, sadly that mod looks pretty much like dead, ther's barely some activity on their forum. Hopefully they just don't have time to spend on their forums but that's doubtful.
