Ok, from what I understand there is going to be an A-10 in the American version, but I also heard that there will be fastroping too, now can anybody tell me if thats true or just some rumor thats meant to piss people off?

Well, it'll all patch to us later anyway, so if its true, great, if not oh well, it'll be added in by the BAS mod team (hopefully).

Yes, the US version will feature fast roping. Also, there are US SF HALO units (not the futuristic warrior from xbox) in the US version + the appropriate scripts to use them. I have to say though, it is odd they are giving us HALO units, but no C130 ! Are we supposed to take our MH6's up 30000ft?

These will most likely be added to the Euro versions later, but hopefully not.

I'm guessing it will happen the same way as it did in europe, it was released in one place first, then later an updated version somewhere else. A patch was then released to equalise the versions across the board.

And how would you play over the internet if all the american players had an advantage?

Nah seriously. Of course we will get those things and even if it wasn't in an official patch it's not hard to imagine that people would "aquire" them. But then again I guess BIS will not want to commit community suicide and thus they will bring all game version to the same version including the same features, obviously. But there's a good chance that we'll have to wait a few more weeks than the US people to get the patch.
