Sound packs

I tried ArmA with the standard sounds and thought they were quite bad, so I installed the FDF sound pack which improved quite a lot of sounds, but some sounds are still in my opinion rather weak.

Like standard engine noise from tanks and trucks etc seem rather quiet compared to real life, also firing the main gun from a tank is still a bit poor plus explosions are still weak.

Is there anyother sound packs knocking around to try out or any known in the pipeline.

I did use the search.

Tried "sound packs" and got 4 pages of results, none had anything in the thread title to suggest it was about sound packs, so I used "sound AND packs" and got nothing.

So instead of trawling through every single post in all the threads I thought it would be much faster just to ask, but if it annoys you that you thought I had not used the search, then you don't have to reply, but thank you for your reply.

The authentic sound pack looks interesting. Didn't find it at first till I took out the word pack.

Yeah, found it and tried it a little... dosen't sound too bad really.
