Don't worry about them. I made my SF as generic as possible since once you add a name to them, it's easy for people to pick them apart. Without any tools to customize the models what else can ya do but reskin? I think you did a damn good job on them and I personally think the camo the seals are wearing in the photo looks more like the Navy digi cam than the ACU, but that may just be because they're navy and my mind wants to assume it's the navy cam. At least you went ahead and made them how you wanted. Either way they're really nice and look forward to seeing what else you try.

It is ACU. ACU is brighter, and navy digital doesnt have RAID velcro on its shoulders. Also that picture is well known for being from an op. where SEALs were embedded with army units.

Informative if not a little bit insulting.  

I wanted to create something authentic which usually means something cool.

In future i think i will make units not as specific as i tried. (Ebud SF units).

Work on a final version is very slow with course work taking most of my time.

planed features, arm patches, hillwalking boots, working blood/bullet wounds and an overall more polished texture quality.

It's not about the addon. The addon is good and it's your choise what camouflage you prefer for your units. It was about your comments on the picture of the real-life seals and your the limited knowledge you have about the NWU/MARPAT/ACU camouflages.

Note that the NWU will also be made in woodland and desert colours in the future, but right now it's only in blue. The blue version is not a tactical uniform and won't be used in the field. The woodland and desert are the ones that will be used in the field. But since those are not yet ready, units use ACU/MARPAT/US woodland/3clr desert.

SEALs may continue using different camouflages and not just the future versions of the NWU. When operating alongside army units they might still wear ACU to avoide confusion and friendly fire (and also so the enemy can't tell who's SEAL and who's army)
