patch 1.06 when?

Any chance of Bohemia  letting us know when a patch will be out that fixes the sound bug?

I've had to giveup on ArmA the main problem is the sound cutting out after a few secconds and it aint my hardware. This makes ArmA impossible to have any fun with and should of been at the top of the list of fixes.

If it is the game, don't you find it strange that so many people aren't experiecing this sound bug? I'm guessing it's something to do with your sound card or drivers.

As for the 1.06 patch, I'm awaiting it eagerly because of the headshot bug and the improved view distance thing. I think they'll tell us when it's coming as soon as they can.

Have you tried disabling EAX in-game? Seems to have helped many people...
