wipman 1 Posted February 17, 2008 Hi, now one with a kind of poland/germen rain drop camo style and malasian camo for the sleeves; i can't ensure that the camo pattern on the nose matches, but i think that this camo will work... specialy with the SLA units. The Face: Let's C ya
lennard 447 Posted February 17, 2008 @wipman That sleeve camo is Dutch marine jigsaw pattern not Malasian camo
wipman 1 Posted February 17, 2008 Hi, "sorry", my bad... i dont save it by it's procedence name, i just knew that it was from some place with alot of tall, green and smelly weed. 7 0 Posted February 18, 2008 anyone know how to fix black facemasks looking like clay or plastic? i think its a shader that makes it shiny but obviously textile isnt shiny.. and the shader isnt in the .jpg either
wipman 1 Posted February 18, 2008 Hi, the only way to remove that shiny effect will be to edit the unit model that you're using (addon and/or default unit) and redo the UV map that goes with the unit, so... sadly it can't be fixed. Let's C ya

Let's C ya oh damn that sucks.. i guess it could be fixed but only yourself would see it as non-shiny. damn face shaders ): edit: it would be awesome in arma2 if you could choose between a regular head and shader, head with a modelled facemask (like the swat units), head with facemask and goggles, face with sunglasses, and a regular head without the shader one can dream

wipman 1 Posted February 20, 2008 Hi, i've made another Custom Face Template for the Photoshop, this time i think that's more organized and maybe even easyer to use; the face base is the same than this last faces that i've released to have different custom faces and to minimize the clones number in multiplayer. -=2Nd wip-custom face template (temporary link for 7 days)=- Enjoy it. Migel 0 Posted February 20, 2008 Is there a female face set around I know this woman who also plays arma and she was happy with the female voice ingame but bis seems to have forgotten the faces. In ofp they forgot the voice but kept the face. No hurry though I made a temp rotten conversion from her ofp face but perhaps u guys know or can cook up something better? wipman 1 Posted February 20, 2008 Hi, sorry but with the male head model, a female face texture will look or very weird or... well... "just bad". We'll need a female head model or even better; 2 female soldiers units and then we could begin to work on the textures for they're faces and hair. And to all, look in the previous page, there's a new .psd face template available for 7 days; so go backwards and download it. Let's C ya

HGuderian 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Hi wipman! May do you make some middle-eastern faces, bearded and not?
wipman 1 Posted February 21, 2008 Hi, no Guderian, sorry but i don't take no more requests, and to make that i should make a bit fat the nose on the face base and then play a bit with the colour valance (CTRL+B) to make the skin look a bit darker and maybe apply a gloval dark brown layer over the whole face and then add on top of all that, the beard, the goatee and the hair cut plus the "cejas" to make it match and not look too saturated (the haired [visible] zones). And as that will be a pain... i don't want to it. Let's C ya
HGuderian 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Oh no...however thanks a lot.
