Blanco 0 Posted November 21, 2006 SFF has made the very first Armed Assault community addon ever released, the Recce soldiers pack! He achieved to do it using an hexadecimal editor, like the first OFP addons created before release of modding tools. SFF Recce Element v.02 This small addon is made to add a Recce Element to arma. The Recce soldiers is wearing booniehats and are armed with smallarms such as C8A1, M4, M249 and C7 Moste soldiers have 7 mags, 2 handgrenades and one smokegrenade. The 2 new weapons are a C8A1 with aimpoint and a C7 with ironsights, at this time its not possible to add new models so M4 and M16 models are used, later on the weapons and soldier models will be changed. source : http://www.armedassault.info/ Not really an addon, but it shows the skills & enthusiasm of the mod community.
