metalchris 0 Posted May 18, 2006 you have obiously talented modellers , but one advice: the camonet over the bunker is waaaay too highpoly for such a minor detail. it could have easily been made via alphachannel.
TheEnforcer 0 Posted May 18, 2006 Yes as i stated, these are only first stage models. These models will be changed to suit the game once we get everything finalised. We simply use these as templates and design ideas. Thank you for the tip we have taken it into account. We can also announce that our website will be posted on saturday, but is only temp at this moment URL wise.

Ukraineboy 0 Posted June 17, 2006 You can now visit our website Lost-Soldiers.com We hope to see you around and enjoy your comments Just some constructive criticism and comments. Cons: -Lose the intro flash. I'm sorry but it's very amateurish. -The tweening on the text is very jittery and poor -The use of the free "Gunplay" font is cheesy when it has no modification done to it. Usually photoshopper add some modifications to it to make it look more interesting -The Photoshopped pictures using poor poor filters. Please, if you're doing photoshopped slide shows don't use the default filters. They are very cheesy and make it look very corny. Please try to use different technics other than the Cutout filter. -The intro page and the Blue mainpage contrast eachother too much. The colors don't portray what your mod is about. You should fiddle around with the template so it better fits what the mod is about, the Iraq War. Right now Blue and Iraq War just don't mix, and the odd multi-coloured grunge background in the Flash video doesnt work either. Pros: -Good nice layed out website (except for the title banner) -Blog is a nice idea -Good, nice simple forum layout. Easy to use My overall advice is simply modify your current layout more. It's much too...templateish, i.e. looks like you took another websites template and put it to yours. Once you modify it to better fit your mod it will do perfect. Other than the stuff I mentioned above, good website when compared to the other new mod websites I have seen.
TheEnforcer 0 Posted June 18, 2006 Thank you for your tips: The website itself is still under development please remember. It was only just released today. We are currently re designing the template to fit our own. This template is only a temp untill we get everything sorted.

robert(uk) 0 Posted July 1, 2006 This mod looks great, but just one thing. I think you need to proof-read your introduction. RUTHLESS is the correct spelling. How you have it spelt now means that your enemy leader guy will get wet when it rains. Also did you mean to call your hero Tommy AKTINS or ATKINS? It's best to get it right when that is the first thing that people who are new to your mod will read...

CorlanMcD 0 Posted July 2, 2006 Mod seems interesting. I always wanted some good CQB-Ish Desert Combat (BF2 didn't deliver).

Rhodite 3 Posted July 24, 2007 ... a year have passed...Are they still lost or they just deserted? Digging up old threads is against forum rules. You have been long enough to know this one Bravo 6 §10) Do not dig up old threads Threads older than 4 months should not be dug up unless something significant is being added. If in doubt as to what is "significant" PM a moderator and they will give you their opinion. As always old threads will remain open or be closed at the moderator's discretion. 48HR PR to show the rules are not their for decoration.
