A couple of ideas:

A drugstore - small building with healing abilities.

A gun store - Could be useful while you're playing unarmed civilian.

A post office or some kind of communication center (radio station?) - common objective for invasion forces or revolutionists (you know what I mean - "size the radio station so we can broadcast our revolutionary manifest"). Basically a building with some radio antennas and satellite dishes on the roof, but it would be nice if we can get inside (one room with some devices would be enough).

A bank - There is one in Megastalker's City objects Pack v1.0, but quite big, so maybe smaller one?

A prison - Not a military one. Just ordinary penitentiary.

A TV-repair shop - you can put the BIS TV set in the shop window.

The appartement complex I mentioned:

This picture shows size medium but it will also come in different sizes and heights. There will also be some special variants like a hospital etc. Notice that the windows still need to be touched up.

"Under construction" houses and bulidings.

Warehouses and hangars of various size and shape.

Small/medium industrial buildings (double size of BIS Tovarna for example).

I suggest tan/grey as main colours , so that they can be used in different environments, like middle east like islands.

With the word signs I was more thinking of roadsigns. I probably will add one empty billboard for people to make their own stuff on then.

Any ideas for brands on billboards? Please post a picture with your idea what it looks like.

How about a magazine stand of some sort? Not necessarily a kiosk but something like the Gas station building except a bit more open with racks of magazines outside.

Got to have a wonderbra billboard. Maybe a few dictator type ones with the country leader's mug all over it.

Got now a total of 6 different billboards:

- Burger King

- Budweiser

- Sony bravia

- UPS

- Hooters

I am also working on a new type of shop:

Ignore the Hooters billboard on front of it and the fact that the windows are closed again by shutters, I am going to do something about it.
